Yes i called after 28 days of e file acceptance and the worker said i have to id verify i did the id verification and it went to being processed

I'm having the same problem. About 4 hours ago, I received an email from TurboTax that they were going to deduct the fee I owed them from my checking account on 4-3-20. If I don't receive my refund, I can't afford to pay them. Any thoughts?

I checked on turbotax and the irs.gov site and get no help of when im a get my refund I submitted it on february 4th and its now march11th and nothing.  I call all their numbers and cant get someone to talk to its all computerized.

My refund was excepted 1/22/2020 and all I've seen since is "Still processing" and a message from TurboTax saying they're going to draft their payment on a certain date from my account. I'm totally regretting trying to do my own taxes.

@nortonkd  I called and the person I spoke to was not helpful at all. She basically said they have at least 18 weeks....she was rude and nonchalant.

@Juanprado24  All depends on your state I’m in Alabama and they take 8-12 weeks you can prolly Check your states government page and check
