When checking the WMR app, do you have any bars? If so that's good but check it daily. If at anytime it changes to no bars and directing you to the Path Act, then more than likely you will be receivng a letter from the IRS asking you to submit certain documents. This is so for some people who had a 1095-A form. Also I have run across people who are having to veerify their identity.. Good luck

I’m tired of this ish. I filed 1/13 and got accepted 27th.

then I went to the Path BS. Then it went to “we have received your return and it is being processed”. Still with this message. Called IRS was told first that a letter was sent on the 20th with a 60 day hold. And a cp05 Instead I’ll got a cp301 because I created a transcript account. Today is 3/02 which is my processing date and I still have codes 570 with date 3/2 and 971 with date 3/9. I called IRS once more and was told I was under 45 day review then I called a tax advocate today and I was told I was under identity verification and should receive the letter soon. Not sure why the ring around. But I have gotten no notice. At all

How did you get your transcript and how did u find out your DDD

I'm in Texas. Didn't need a transcript. I filed January 15th and it was accepted Jan.27th    Then I got a letter from the IRS on 2-22-20 asking for 1095-A forms to be submitted. Still waiting for refund. I spoke to someone at the IRS and they said if you submit documents and they receive them, then it could take up to 6 weeks for a refund...

me too, and I dont know what are we supposed to do. Apparently they just give out information so we stop calling them. I got a friend that filed 2/22 with an Accountant and already got her refund. It this something that only happened to TT customers ?

Their halfway down the page on your left , it says "CODE"

My refund was due last week.  For some reason this year, Turbo Tax is not communicating with me like in the past 10 years or so.  I have to log on to see any updates (which there have been zero) and keep checking my bank for a deposit.  I am not happy with their service at all this year!

I just checked the IRS site, mine said that they were unable to do a direct deposit and a check will be mailed March 6.  What crap!  I can only imagine what will happen if the socialists get into office.
