I'm in Texas. Didn't need a transcript. I filed January 15th and it was accepted Jan.27th Then I got a letter from the IRS on 2-22-20 asking for 1095-A forms to be submitted. Still waiting for refund. I spoke to someone at the IRS and they said if you submit documents and they receive them, then it could take up to 6 weeks for a refund...
