IRS is saying that filers that are required to submit documents might have to wait approximately 3 to 4 weeks longer before receiving their tax refund. Good luck
Same here!! This is crazy and nobody has answers!!! And you can’t even speak to a live agent to get answers!! Never again will I use TurboTax!!!!!
Once your return is filed and accepted Turbotax is out of the picture. The cannot assist you with the IRS, processing bank or the debit card. It seems the IRS and SBTBG are both having issues with the MILLIONS of PATH act returns right now and no matter how much you wish it would go faster that is just not going to happen. If the IRS is reviewing your return and you are waiting on a letter then tying up the IRS phone lines will not help ... the IRS and SBTBG systems are overwhelmed by calls which is stopping them from getting their work done which means the returns/refunds will take longer ... please be patient and know you are just one of millions waiting for their money. SBTBG having computer/server issues is unfortunate however I am sure they are working to resolve it asap.

Does this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say your funds have actually been sent?
http://www.irs.gov/Refunds
Were you having the refund direct deposited to your bank account directly ?
If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS FAQ page says to allow "up to 5 days" due to variations in bank processing procedures and times.
If so did you enter the correct routing & account number for an ACH transfer ? Here is how you can see your deposit information:
Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.
To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).
Please see the following FAQ article below if you entered in the wrong bank account information.

Did you have the TT fees withheld from the federal refund and are getting the refund on the Turbo Tax Debit card?

My DD was for today unfortunately because of that stupid $40 early filing through fee through TurboTax I went to the Santa Barbara Bank that they use still nothing here screwed big-time and yes the next big update if your weekly is Saturday if your daily it's tonight
Okay mine says approved with a deposit date of 02/26 I checked my account on line and the called them and they say nothing has been received or attempted to receive or returned or pending they Irs just hasn’t sent it . When I check the irs it says the same approved and scheduled deposit date of 02/26 but the bar is not lit up saying sent so what the heck I’ve doubled my deposit into with my bank and everything is correct when I try to call the irs it’s automated and won’t give me an option or number to call and talk to someone arghhhh, I do aggregated I’ve never had this problem before is it the irs or turbo tax?
Im experiencing the same exact thing my sent date is today. TT told me the money was sent just hasn't posted
The IRS may have given a DDD of 2/26 BUT... until they release the refund you have to wait. Someone posted earlier that their refund was pending at their bank and the IRS recalled it ... so until the ink has dried everything is subject to change.
Wouldn’t that say on the irs ”where’s my refund?”
Times in the past where where's my refund never updated to say sent had my due date or sorry deposit date same message and I got my refund before it ever said sent that being said Thanks a TurboTax in Santa Barbara Bank this year my due date was today and still nothing
Mines did that too, did you get paid yet?
I got my money just after midnight on American Express Bluebird card good luck to you
I filed the same and my return is showing on the IRS website it was sent on the 26th but this is the 27th and it had still not shown up in my turbo account
For those who are saying that eitc or actc filers 21 days dont start until the 15th YOU ARE WRONG STIP SPREADING FALSE INFO I've spoke with at least 4 or 5 IRS agents on the phone this year alone and ALL of them have said the same thing that your 21 days starts from the day you file regardless of what credits your claiming I know multiple people who claimed eitc and or actc and received their refunds on either 2/24/20 or 2/26/20 so again please stop spreading false information
Got mine through PayPal at 5am filled 2/15 last Saturday updated with a DDD of 2/26
*Update #2*
Filed/Accepted 1/22/20, PATH , etc.
DDD 2/26/20 was no bueno 😒
WMR & TPG show all 3 bars and refund send date 2/26/20,o however,is today is the 27th and my bank still hasn't received my deposit.🤦🏾♀️ Hopefully that'll change sometime today.
