Does anyone know if the IRS is taking people's taxes to pay student loans this year or did they suspend that this year also for the Coronavirus stimulus/relief program?

Yes, the CAREs Act waives any previous outstanding tax debt or student loans when issuing stimulus checks. The only debt that is not waived is unpaid child support payments.
Also, due to the coronavirus, the Department of Education is stopping tax offsets, and issuing refunds to those who received an offset.See this press release.
I have been made aware of the offset refunding from the dept of education my question is has anyone recieved said refund due to the cares act?
So I got a check in the mail, HOWVEVER, I didn't necessarily expect it, and was relieved to think my student loans were finally paid off and done with. Now, I'm stressing because I'm worried I will have to start paying them off AGAIN. Anybody know for sure that we're going to have to start paying these back and when?
