Refund not recieved

The IRS shows that they deposited my refund in my account 6 weeks ago, but I don't have an account! I asked to have it put on a debit card. I used the free version, so Turbotax wont talk to me. What can I do? My money is somewhere, and they might send my stimulus money there too! Please help!
