Refund/Direct deposit

Refund has been deposited since 2-26-20 & it's not in bank account. It has been a discrepancy with savings & checking. Routing number & account number matches & is correct. It was checked checking when it's SAVINGS. The bank said it was sent back to IRS & possibly going to be mailed. How can it be deposited back in account with corrections "SAVINGS"

Unfortunately, you cannot get sent back to your account.  The IRS will automatically switch you to receiving a check in the mail for your refund.  It can take a couple weeks to receive it.
