Refund advance

I filed my taxes yesterday(Monday Jan 27) and it gave me the option for an advance. I clicked that option but it never gave me a pre-approval amount. The irs accepted my return at about 4 pm cst yesterday but I still haven't received an email saying I was approved or denied nor has the money been put into my CK spend account. Anyone have any suggestions?

It is not in my spam folder. It also doesn't show on my home page for Turbotax. I was going to be able to e-file my state return until I clicked the advance option and now I have to mail it. This is all very frustrating to have been given that option and it not be followed through with for the customers.

If you did not receive the acceptance letter and confirmed it is not in your spam.  You can call toll-free at 1 (888) 679-8122 to get an update on your refund advance.
