Refund advance

Why when I call the number for the bank and you push the option for your advance it says that I was approved for a lower amount and then when I speak to somebody they say I was denied? Has anybody else had this problem?

There can be a few reasons why the refund advance was less than expected or not approved.  Please see the Help Article here for more details.

I'm getting both answers, either it is a less amount or I was not approved. I just want a clear answer.
