Recently took over caring for my 90yr Grndfather with Alzheimer's and he hasn't filed his taxes for last yr or this yr. Trbl getting on govt sites for his info. Help!

He's retired military so getting onto govt sites and IRS with little assist isn't easy. He has nobody else for help, I am it!
