Received 1042-s after filing

I already submitted my tax return for the 2019 year but today I received Form 1042-S in the mail. I'm a little confused about what to do with it. Should I wait to be rejected or accepted then amend it or try and amend it now?

Wait ... if rejected you can make the corrections and refile.

If accepted you must wait for the original return to be fully processed and the original refund is in hand.

It was accepted. Now I'm confused as to how to refile.
