The online version of TT does not allow amending 2020 returns, citing because the IRS has not updated the tax forms. However users of the CD Download version have been able to amend their 2020 returns. Can you explain why there is such a difference?

www.InstallTurboTax.com has a improper link to Premier. When you click to download Premier, you get the Personal turbotax instead. how to get the proper version?

My downloaded version of Tubo Tax 2024 is corrupted when printing. I efiled it and IRS refused to accept it. Do I repurchase the program or can you correct it.
