I have a refund date of 2/5/20 (tomorrow) but a processing date of 2/17/20 on my transcript. Why would they process after the refund?

Should I resend my return if I mailed it and it shows it was delivered Feb 22 but the irs refund tracker website still says the info entered doesn't match our records?
