I don't even have a 846 yet. I'm struggling and it has been way over 21 days and there is no way I can have 5 days early now. I'm just over it.

I went to Santa Barbara tax group and the $25 isn't one of the fees that is coming out. There are two fees coming out one for the privilege of filing and one for the privilege of getting my fees taken out with my refund the $25 when I selected isn't even listed... I never paid it I haven't been charged for it and I didn't get it 5 days early lol

My transcript shows 02/24 and I have not received anything either.  Matter of fact now turbo tax has changed from processed to pending.  I am not sure what the problem with turbo tax is but they really should not offer a service that they can't deliver on.

Totally i understand and feel the same way. This is our money. This is the stupidest stuff i have ever heard. Making us wait on our money. No updates, no nothing. We shouldn't have to wait on our money. We pay taxes constantly, then get treated like this. You will lose everything, waiting on the next to care about you.

What is transcripts, where is this located. I called turbo but they couldn't give me no clear answers. I feel like I had to force the agent to give a answers

Mine has not updated either and I checked it so many times yesterday that it told me to check today.  I have tried this morning but undoubtedly it did not update again last night because it is still saying that I have tried to many times and that I need to wait till tomorrow and I have only tried once.

Ridiculous, i also had the same thing happen to me. So its bad enough you won't updates my information but you telling me not to check. Its not that hard to have actually people processing and getting this stuff out. If you need workers then hire someone but that is totally unacceptable in my opinion

That is difficult to do when the IRS is not updating WMR.  My transcript also has a refund date of 02/24 and I have heard NOTHING from turbo tax.  They have even changed the statues of my return from accepted to pending.  Someone needs to get their crap together and start updating the ones that paid to have their refund 5 days early.  Why offer a service that you can't follow through with.  IT is all pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

It's a scam because Where's my Refund is updated!! It's funny your A.I. ,Automated phone & associate all day the WMR thing like if you say it enough it will be true, but the filers only have the info they are addressing with complaint because WMR has updated. Turbo tax just isn't keeping up my best guess is they are playing like a mail in rebate sale where less than half off qualified people take advantage and are just rolling the dice less than half of complaints will ask for $25 refund. Definitely going to cost Turbo Tax a lot of customers myself being one after over ten years of using them I will never again.

You should get an email from TurboTax when your refund is on its way. Some didn't get an email until late in the day, but still got their deposit.

5 Days Early Option

If you don't get your deposit, there is a few reasons why that might happen.

• Your refund was offset or differed from their estimated refund amount, bringing the refund amount below the minimum threshold or above the maximum. What is a refund offset?
• Your bank wouldn't accept RTP (Real Time Payments) or Same Day ACH deposits, preventing Intuit from depositing your refund 5 days ahead of when the IRS would have deposited your refund.
• The IRS didn't give Intuit 5 or more days of notice in advance. This stopped Intuit from meeting the 5 days early expectations.

If TurboTax is unable to deliver the refund 5 days early, your order will be canceled and you won't be charged the 5-Day Early fee. You will receive a follow-up email with a refund and timing update, and if any cancellation is applicable.
