I filed the deluxe service and got to the final page where I review the order. I realized I was being charged $40 to deduct from my return so I wanted to just pay with a card. I accidentally clicked on Upgrade and was immediately upgraded to self employed for $120 even though I didn't select it. There is no way to go back to deluxe that I can find. I was charged for a service I didn't use.

I don't want to start over. I spent all day filing. I didn't use the self employed, I used the deluxe. I was charged for self employed. I'm trying to contact customer service to help my with this. Is this not customer service?
