On the 7of April I sent the irs my info for my stimulus check and still haven't received any information or a check i was accepted but i no nothing else and cant find out anything more i all i get is

Exact same experience, and why I came here. I sent my info via the free, "quick" TurboTax Stimulus Submission portal on the exact same day, April 7th--6 weeks ago!--and TurboTax says my submission was "accepted by the IRS," but I've received NO stimulus payment via direct deposit or check, and daily I receive the "Payment Status Not Available" message on the IRS' website portal. (So the message from the other user here is of no help, that just leads me/us around in circles. None of their info is helpful when it comes to troubleshooting, our hands are tied because we used TurboTax.) I'm totally helpless--have no way of contacting the IRS, nor can I contact TurboTax to figure out what happened, and my accountant said that the IRS is not accepting amended returns yet (the TurboTax submission counted as a mini "return"), and EVERYONE I know has received their stimulus, including people who filed after me. It is a NIGHTMARE.

I deeply regret using the TurboTax portal as it created a huge MESS, I'm totally in the dark, and don't have the stimulus I desperately need. I'm tempted to use the IRS' "non-filers" page just to get them the info, but that might make my situation worse. Also, when I print out the TurboTax PDF copy of my quick stimulus submission "return" (that says everyone makes $1 as the standard), it has NO direct deposit info listed, even though I entered and double-checked it 5 times and selected that's how I wanted my stimulus. The irony is that TurboTax said they created this special portal to send one's info to the IRS in order to get our stimulus quickly, and this is the exact opposite and a disaster of epic proportions. Please read my other post below and please help. The IRS Get My Payment site and info you shared is 101 level (we all check this daily) and is no help to those of us who used TurboTax's "quick stimulus info submission" portal nearly *two months ago* and have received NOTHING, and have NO updates on the IRS site, just constantly get the "Payment Status Not Available"  message. That's what the OP is talking about, same situation as me. Those of us who used this apparently cursed TurboTax feature are totally in the dark.

This is exactly the same situation I am in. I used turbo tax non filers stimulus submission form on April 8 and received email from turbo tax on april 10 saying it was accepted but nothing since then. Get my payment says information is unavailable and wheres my refund says it's still processing. I know the company Intuit that owns turbo tax is the same company the irs used to create the non filers form for the irs site. I wish I had waited just a few days and did my form on the irs site but I was trying to get it done the faster way possible.  Now I'm afraid I'm just not going to get it at all. Plus If they do a second round of stimulus probably wont get that either. Idk if intuit and or turbo tax is somehow screwing us out of our money or what but I would love some answers
