Filing your 2020 return is not going to hold up getting your 2020 refund even though your 2019 is still being processed. I just wouldn’t use last years AGI because that may definitely hold up your 2020 refund especially if your 2019 return is being audited currently
My situation is the same except 2020. When I e-file 2021, it asks for 2020 AGI. Should I put in 0 then?

Yes, if the IRS has not processed your 2020 tax return then enter a 0 for the 2020 AGI.
