refund status on the iRS website is only for 2020 returns. for 2019 you'll have to call the IRS to find out what happened especially if you never got a notice from them. I'm assuming you e-filed and got an acceptance e-mail. if you e-filed and never got an acceptance e-mail you never successfully transmitted your return. In this case when you call the IRS and get through they'll tell you they have no record of your filing. you'll have to print and mail in your return. use a method where you get proof of delivery and make sure that all required attachments are sent with - see TurboTax filing instructions. similarly, if you had state returns they never were e-filed either.
