My stimulus check came and I cannot find my turbo card I have no way to order one cause nobody will answer the phone

Hi, I know you don’t know me but I’m having the same problem. The site is also down so I can’t order a new card. I keep calling and putting in my info but it keeps saying they can’t find an account. How did you solve this problem??

I would try calling 888-285-4169. This is the number they gave us in the following notice.

How would I figure out my login info if I don't have a debit card yet it's coming in the mail I know my Inuit info but not my turbo debit card login info

I don't know or remember my card number etc. I got the card in 2019 removed the money and threw card away so now my stimulus check was deposited to said card on the 15th so how can I fix this issue where i can get the money sooner
