My state refund shows issued but has not been deposited to my Turbo card, how long does it take to get onto my card?

Allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be deposited to your account. If it hasn't been deposited within 5 business days, this may be due to a state offset and you would need to contact your state department of revenue. See the link below on how to do so.

Does it normally take the 5 days, or does it often take less time? Mine said it was issued today according to NY state's website. I haven't received the money or any notification that it's coming.
