My state file contains an entry error. It has not yet been printed nor filed. Can I access the state file to make the correction and redo the print and file step?

State in MO. I over claimed a tax credit and need to correct it but don't seem to have access to the file now

As long as you have not submitted your return, you can edit your state entry by following the directions below: 

1. Open your return if it's not already open.
2. On the Tax Home screen with the amount of your refund and status, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we're not adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets

Upon gaining entry into the return, choose the section that you need to change. You can also use the Search tool at the top right corner to search for the exact item that needs correcting.

Ended up marking it up manually with a pen and filing it that way. Once I got your answer I tried it and it worked, so my file copy is clean but the one filed was hand modified.
