Rejected because my kids mother claimed him which I stated in my file and also stated we had an agreement that she would claim him so why am I being rejected and how can I fix this asap

You can remove the child from your return completely and refile.

I amended my taxes smd they have been accepted I then went to update it one more time and it was declined. Do I no longer get the first accepted return
