My refund was put on hold!

Hello. I'm a little worried to be honest.  My mywisely banking card put my refund on hold because I needed to upgrade the card. I wanted to ask, is my refund still going to go through into my account? I upgraded the card but the deposit is NOT in the recent transactions. I'm scared! Is my refund still going to be sent to my account or do I need to call the IRS?
