My raxes were accepted feb 1,2020 i dtill have received my refund

since the IRS general phone lines are closed you're left with 1 option.   try to contact the taxpayer advocate in your state.  sadly because of the pandemic even many of these offices are closed. 

have you checked  your refund status on IRS website?   what does it say?  Processing?
