My e-file failed and I had to mail my return. How do I get my e-file fee back from Intuit?

Good Luck trying to get your refund back for a service you did not get. I"m trying to.

My e-file failed and I had to mail my Federal and state returns. I paid Intuit $25.00 for e-filing the state return and want my $25.00 back. How do I do this?
