If they were claimed as dependents on your return then THEY are not entitled to any of the stimulus payments.

Dependents do not get the stimulus - the taxpayer that claims the dependent does but only if the dependent is under age 17 at the end of 2020.

My one dependent recieved the third Stimulus payment (paper check) only, my other dependent recieved none. These are adult dependents. Are they entitled to recieve the stimulus payments???

If you claimed the adult dependents on your 2020 return then  YOU are eligible for the third stimulus check base on them being reported on your return.   So did the check not have your name on it?   Did you efile your 2020 return yet ?
