My Alabama return wasn't e-filed because of an EF version update. How do I download the new update?

The online version of Turbo Tax automatically updates; however, please try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies. Let us know if the issue persists.

I am experiencing the same problem and have followed all instructions.

The last information I received from TurboTax rep was that the EF version update scheduled for 3/31 was not ready yet but would be ready on/by 4/4.  If not then we may file paper state return and do whatever is necessary to get a refund for the state filing.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have experienced problems submitting returns due to updates not being available according to schedule.
