If you owe money to Bank of America, you will need to contact Bank of America. Turbo Tax is unable to resolve issues where you owe the bank.

If you need to contact the IRS, please follow the instructions below.

When calling the IRS do NOT choose Option 1.

Choose Option 2 after you choose the language.

Then Press 1

Then Press 4

Then Press 2, it will then transfer you to an agent.
