Missing stimulus funds

My TT card currently has a $0.00 balance. The IRS website confirmed that my stimulus check was direct deposited into my TT account today 4/15/2020. Where's the money?

Missing stimulus funds

I am sorry, we do not have access to your TurboTax Debit Account here on the Community Board.  You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign into your account to check your balance here: TurboTax Debit Card Login

Missing stimulus funds

The IRS reported that the stimulus  deposit was made to my intuit turbo tax card today 4/15. However I haven't received any funds to my card as of yet. Is there delays in this process that you are aware of?

Missing stimulus funds

I want to confirm that the deposit will be made and know when that will occur

Missing stimulus funds

Thank you for the reply. However, I don't need to access my debit card information. I already have. The account balance remains zero. Even though the IRS website reports they deposited my stimulus check into the account. Is there delays in receiving funds? When will I receive my money?
