Is there a way to file my amended 2020 California return electronically?

My original 2020 California return was already accepted and I received my refund.  I was able to file my amended Federal return electronically but don't see an option to file the amended California return.

No, you cannot e-file the amended California state return. You will have to print and mail the amended state return.

According to https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/e-file/help/can-i-efile-an-ame[product key removed]n/00/27183 it is possible to electronically file an amended CA return. Does anyone know how?

When you get to the FILE tab in the program your options on how to file the amended return thru the TT program will be presented.

I already tried this. It e-filed the federal return. The program says nothing about CA. Seems like a problem.

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.

Well after two different calls and over an hour of screwing around I can report that this is totally broken and TT support cannot fix it.

They are starting an investigation.

Hilariously the form to upload my tax file doesn't work. Thanks Intuit! I expect another hour of being  on hold before this gets remotely resolved.

That is actually a lie and there is no way to efile per support. This is honestly disgraceful.
