Can you please show me the terms and conditions of where it says you all are not responsible for a glitch in the system you all made? I printed all the tems and conditions off and still not see it. As far as I understand TT is responsible for providing accurate tax return hence why we pay for the service. I be kindly waiting for your reply on where this at in the T&C. The error with most of the returns are because the stimulus question line 30 on the 1040 your software claimed we did not get. Even though I put my amounts in.
Dont worry IRS said in very clear terms that my taxes showed I did not get my stimulus but upon them looking at the 1040 they see I did not see this but rather an issue in the electronic transfer for you all. SAME REASON STATE WAS REJECTED YOU ALL HAD A GLITCH.
Both of mines been Accepted I got the State but no Federal and stimulus check and when I go to the IRS. Gov it keep telling me not available yet
Accepted does not mean your income tax return has been processed/finalized by the IRS.
The IRS updates its Get My Payment to show taxpayers where and how third stimulus funds will be delivered once they have issued a payment. If you are seeing "Payment status not available", it means that either the IRS has not yet issued your payment OR you are not eligible for a stimulus payment. I am also waiting for my refund. it was accepted on Feb10th, it is now still being process. I can't seem to get through to the IRS. it's been a month and no letter from the IRS.
I was accepted February 12th. Stuck with only one bar. March 5th, my bars disappeared and I got the message "Your return is being processed"...blah blah with tax code 152. Finally, today I decided to call IRS. After almost an hour I was able to get through. My return was pulled for "random" review. A letter is set to be mailed out on March 29th. The gentleman on the phone said it could take 120 days to review.
Turbo Tax is a deceptive tax service. My tax refunds are hanging in limbo. My info is missing from the IRS Files for my stimulus check, so it's very evident Turbo Tax hasn't repaired the glitches. My advice for anyone is not to ever us their services again. Hopefully, somebody will file a class action lawsuit on our behalf.
I want somebody, just anybody to file a Class Action Lawsuit against Turbo Tax! Turbo Tax has lied publicly about repairing the glitches for the 3rd Stimulus and Tax Refunds. They are rated one star with the Better Business Bureau!
A 2021 Class Action Lawsuit needs to be filed against Turbo Tax for its deceptive practices.
