If you have already e-filed your tax return then please log into your TurboTax account and once you log in the first screen that comes up you should see "track my refund" right under that is "download/print return". Select that option and you can view/download and print your return. (I included a screenshot for you to see if needed on where to select "download/print return").

Reading the reply, it suggests to me that you can print the current year's tax return before filing. VolvoGirl is correct. Paying for TurboTax was sufficient - the tax due payment was not required. I misinterpreted the wording in the app to mean the latter.
Well you do have to pay any Turbo Tax fees to print. But you don't have to file or pay a tax due.
Before filing, You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return
