I hope this helps some. I updated info yesterday and went to check today and got "Payment not available" because I used my phones auto fill even tho info was right. This tool does not play nice with autofill. PLEASE ENTER INFO MANUALLY. once I put info in manually i had access. Tested multiple times

We checked ours yesterday no stimulas portal said they needed more info so I gave ajusted income and real turbo routeing and account #s and it went through but they locked me out of the portal and as of 2 o'clock Thurs Eve no stimulas

I did the stimulus registration with turbo tax I put my direct deposit in and everything I don't file taxes cause ssi reciepients don't file taxes I output a $1.00...but I haven't got my stimulus check in my direct deposit...so am trynna figure out where my stimulus money

Well I still have no stimulas no idea when I will get it I used turbo tax for 5 years I don't blame them for not for seeing that stimulas payment I blame them for living to me for the last 2 weeks and being rude I went to government portal they said I was eligible but they needed more info so I gave them my ajusted income the real turbo visa routeing and account##s then they locked me out so I used my wife's social this is what I found

@Msoto5692 that doesn't matter last name my last name starts with W so does my daughters, she filed with Turbo tax free addition and I filed with Turbo tax and had to pay 140 fee why I paid I still don't know... She got her stimulus payment on her turbocard and I got nothing sooo... Thanks Turbo tax great job 👍I've emailed the corporate office 3 days ago and no response surprising...

@renix2030 yea I had to update my bank info yesterday with the IRS because turbo tax left me hanging... But that's what my it's page says as well.

I had to manually update my DD information yesterday and after it locked me out for 24 hours it says it will be deposited on the prepaid TurboTax card but it doesn't give a date yet. So I guess it'll just be delayed slightly for everyone in this situation.

@Jeremy clark, if you are behind on your child support payments and the IRS has a lien on your refund then you will not get the EIP. If you are current and do not have a lien, you will get it.

Your absolutely right because I had to do the same thing last night and now I have to wait because it wouldnt tell me anything else just said try back later and that the irs recieved my bank information. Turbo tax needs to give people the instructions on what to do and what is going on as far as having a turbo ok
