If my stimulus check says was mailed on the 8th of May and haven't received it yet, what should I do?

And is it correct when I research, that I have to wait 14 days from when it was mailed

The IR is not taking phone calls now, so you will have to wait anyway until they've started taking them again to call them.  There is really nothing that you can do until then.
