If my return was accepted in March and turbo website states it's been paid but I haven't received my refund what's my next step??I checked irs site and got notice 151

I have started getting my child tax credits through direct deposit but no refund. I can't get anyone on the phone with the IRS so I'm confused on what my next step is.i haven't received any information from the IRS save topic 151 and take action.

Only if you selected to pay with your refund, TurboTax helpdesk can see the status of your refund and advise you if you are going to receive the full amount, a portion of it, or none of it.

If you did not pay for TurboTax with your refund, then you will need to get the information from the IRS.  Check the IRS Where's My Refund site.  To get to a live person fastest at the IRS, follow the steps at the Get Human site.

Did you get the IRS notice in the mail yet ?   https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc151

If not you may see it in the online account at the IRS ... set one up now :  https://www.irs.gov/payments/view-your-tax-account

Try  calling to check the status of your refund at the IRS website.
