I was pre approved for the refund advance and i have recieved and activated my turbo debit card its been 10 days still havent gottom any of the $500 refund advamce and my account still says pending am

The IRS has not begun to process returns as of yet. The IRS will begin processing returns on January 27th so you may not receive your funds until after that date.
