@breannabdc20 If you went to the Federal Review section before filing your return, you would have been asked about your Stimulus Payments.
At this point the IRS is making adjustments based on your 2019 and 2020 returns, so you should still get the stimulus payments you didn't receive, even though you didn't claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your return.

It is possible your stimulus payment will be included with your refund on your 2020 tax return if you are due one, even if you didn't indicate that when you filed your 2020 tax return. If you don't receive it with your refund, you can file an amended tax return in TurboTax to claim the stimulus payment as a recover rebate credit.

So i will get the stimulus checks even though i was not asked about them while filing my taxes? Cause my return was accepted by the IRS but nowhere did it show that i was getting the amount of 1200 or 600 with the amount i was calculated
If you didn't claim the rebate on your tax return you won't get it in your refund.
I was not given the option is what i am saying. So will i still get it? Cause while filing my taxes i was not even asked if i got the stimulus payments at all.
If you weren't asked the question and could not claim said rebate you won't be getting any stimulus, I would call the irs but you're probably going to have to file an amended return when they are available at the end of March iirc

On my Free Filing form, I was NOT asked if I had already received any stimulus payments. It just filled in for both the first and second. No review of it ever happened. Now, because we did receive the first payment, our refund is delayed. Thanks, TurboTax, for delaying our much-needed refund. That's why I used H&R Block every tax season.
