What lawsuit? Against TurboTax? There are no lawsuits pending against TurboTax.

If you want information about a class action lawsuit, you have to get the information from the law firm that is filing the lawsuit. The information that was sent to you had contact information. Usually they set up a special web site for a class action lawsuit.
