I want to file my 2023 Fed and state tax return by mail. How to I print out the return?

when you get to the filing section select mail rather than e-file.

Nope. There is no option for printing mail-in state on TurboTax Mac Download for 2023. I don't want to spend the $25 to e-file.

Click on File on the top of the desktop program screen.  On File a Return screen click on File by Mail.  For the Federal return click on Do not print my federal return to file by mail now
