I want my refund on my personal bank card

My debit personal acct was charged and I would like my refund that was taking out

There was $116 taking out off my bank acct and the filing process did not complete I would like my money back.

I filed my 2018 taxes, as i was almost done I was charged for it out of my bank acct, but the process never filed I'm requesting a full refund

Sorry ... there are no refunds of the TT online fees once you pay them and the Downloaded version has a 60 day return window.  You still can access the return to print and mail but just logging in and choosing the PDF option.
