I received my refund but the IRS website says they haven’t received it yet and I need to wait 24 hours

I’m more so trying to understand why I got my federal refund last night yet when I went to the IRS website prior to receiving it and after. It says.. “We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgement e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS“ I did receive that email, the next day that my refund was excepted, and I received my refund yesterday. But the “Where’s my refund” site keeps giving me that msg. I am also asking if there might be an issue with the IRS website? I also think it may be effecting my stimulus check when I check the status. I’m just really confused by this I’ve never had this issue before
