I received a CP09 from the IRS due to an error in filing last year. I’m owed a child tax credit and retuned the form in Sept. I never received the refund. What do I do?

You should contact the IRS at the phone number or other contact info shown on the CP-09 notice that you received to check the status of your refund for the Child Tax Credit. 

You can also check your status at their toll-free number 800-829-0922.
