you will get a receipt on your tax page on the bottom right side and you can contact support but usually the credit will be recredit you your account it jutts might take a while for that !
If you are seeing two identical charges, one of them may be a temporary authorization as opposed to an actual charge or debit. You can check with your financial institution to be sure.
