I paid my 2018 and 2019 taxes through turbo tax using direct deposit, but I did not receive my stimulus payment. I checked the IRS website and they said they did not have my bank info. Turbo tax said

Why did the irs not have my bank info?

Same problem here.  All the information seems to be centered around people who got refunds, not people who PAID taxes directly from their bank accounts.  If we PAID through TurboTax from our bank, will IRS use that information for direct deposit of stimulus checks?

What the heck is TurboTax Deluxe 2019 developers thinking? I too have a problem after e-filing Tax Return 2019 to the IRS and selecting to pay owed taxes via a new Bank Direct Deposit account which is a new and different Bank Account I had from last year's 2018 Tax Return.   When I went to check for the CoronaVirus Stimulus payment status, IRS says that they will deposit the check into my old 2018 Bank account which no longer exists!!!  The IRS did not get my new 2019 Bank Direct Depost info after e-filing it!  Now TurboTax is saying this year that they do not tranmit our new Bank account info to the IRS?  So how the hell is the IRS going to deduct the taxes owed from my new bank account?  They only have my old closed out bank account from previous years filings!  So their attempt at collecting payment will fail?  If that happens and they charge late penalty fees for non-payment, I expect TurboTax to pay for it.  What the heck were they thinking this new 2019 TurboTax software!  What a nightmare.
