Honestly I don’t know what’s going on because I am I mailed my tax return but I use my direct deposit, I know it says it takes up to six weeks maybe longer but it’s a been about six weeks or maybe longer I filed around March at the beginning of March about the third but I understand it takes like a week or so to get to where it needs to go maybe a little bit longer but I think it’s been long enough for me to be able to receive my tax return but but I haven’t received a rejection or approved or anything through my email so honestly I don’t know if I got rejected or approved or not but I’ve been waiting for a while to see if my taxes would go through my direct deposit but I haven’t received anything so I have no clue what’s going on and I’ve been trying to reach them or even ask them about it all they told me Through a machine, they can’t help me or tell me when I’m gonna receive My tax return and that’s all I get I don’t get any real person to talk to you or anything like that just constantly a machine telling me they don’t know or something went wrong

If you mailed in your return, it can take up to 6 months for a mailed in return to be processed. The IRS is backlogged and taking allot longer to process mailed in returns, so time lines of when a return/refund would be processed is not the norm because of the backlog.
On an mailed in return you don't get a notice whether your return has been accepted or rejected. You can keep checking the IRS website, Where's My Refund. The website only updates once a day.
