If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, you must immediately call (888) 285-4169 to report it lost or stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to you at the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. To dispute a posted charge, log in to your account for more information. Note that you cannot dispute a transaction until it is posted.
If you let someone use your card or card number, you are responsible for those transactions
