Yes, you will receive your stimulus check even if you have not yet received your refund.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, they will use that banking information. 

The IRS is launching a new service called "Get My Payment" which will allow you to track your payment and lets you update banking information if your check has not yet been issued.

The service should be active next week.

If i put in my banking information for my

stimulus check you guys will have my information  for my bank so will my refund be able to also deposit in my bank account when it gets sent but I filed for papercheck when i did my taxes.?

Your stimulus will come how you received your refund.  If you asked for a check, you will get a check.
