I haven’t gotten any of my tax refund (federal or state) yes it says on here it’s been accepted. I didn’t add my bank info sadly I forgot my card when I was doing my tax filing so

Is it still possible to change it to get it to your bank instead of paper check

Sorry no, once your return is filed & accepted you cannot change how you receive your refund.

You can check the IRS website, Where's My Refund, for your Federal information.  The website updates once a day.

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

For your State refund, you can check the status of your refund on your State's website.

How do I track my state refund?

Once your tax return is filed and accepted, you can't change the way to get your refund. Accepted is just the first step in the IRS process. Your return must be totally processed and approved before the refund will be sent.

You can track the status at the IRS tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
