I am wondering the same thing.... I got my first stimulus payment perfectly fine into my account and on the day it was expected. As of this moment, my transcript shows that my refund was sent on 1/4/21, as expected, but the Track My Payment tool says it doesn't have any information available. It seems that the common thing everyone with this problem has is that they had their fees taken out of their refund. It would make sense that if this 2nd stimulus payment was not processed as an advance but instead processed as a refund that maybe, possibly there was a glitch or confusion and that this 2nd payment was sent to the account number for Santa Barbara Bank and Trust, - rejected - and then will be sent back to the IRS, and either get be sent for dd again (not likely) or that we will be sent a paper check. Im super bummed and currently on hold to speak with a real person (If they ever pickup) if I hear anything I will update here, if I get my money or the payment tracker updates. Please do the same if you have any change as well. Good vibes to you! Thanks!

If you provided your bank account information on your tax return, the IRS has that information. (This would be how you received your first payment.) However, there was a processing error for some taxpayers in the second round.
If your account was one that was affected by this recent IRS processing error, TurboTax has been working with the IRS to ensure that they have the proper information for a second attempt to deposit funds directly into customer bank accounts in the next day or two. If a second attempt is unsuccessful, then the IRS will mail a check. Processing will continue until January 15, 2021.
If you have not received your payment by January 15, 2021, AND your status remains "unavailable" at Get My Payment, then you will claim your credit when you file your tax return.
Please allow a few days after the 15th for the mailing of any check or debit card issued by the IRS.
You will find the most current updates posted here: IRS Updates on the Second Stimulus and here: TurboTax updates on the second stimulus. Both of these sites will continue to be updated as more information becomes available.
