Are they saying they didn't receive the tax payment or the tax return. You are not clear. Did you get an email from the IRS saying that they accepted your return?

I get this notice: Your reward is delayed. Your reward needs to be reviewed by the sender. You will receive an email containing the link once the review is complete.
